We will require change space for our characters to prepare, which must not be accessible by the public, or be in plain view of the event. Please specify the area or location of change space. For outdoor events, we can provide a tent, but require a location to set it up that is on a level paved surface, away from any drainage openings, preferably away from the main flow of public traffic.
